Information on Class/Exam Cancellation When Weather Conditions Would Cause a Disaster
In the event that emergency warning (except storm surge and high wave) and a storm warning accompanied by typhoon are issued in Yamaguchi District, Ube District, Hiroshima District and/or Fukuoka District, each campus will take the following arrangements. Please stay aware of updated information through public media.
If emergencies other than emergency warning and typhoon arise and they are deemed to affect the scheduled classes and/or examinations on a campus in Yamaguchi District, the Vice-President (Academic and Student Affairs) will determine actions such as cancellation. In regard to campuses located in Ube City, Hiroshima City, and Fukuoka City, such decisions are to be made by Faculty deans or Graduate School directors in consultation with the Vice-President (Academic and Student Affairs).
